Over 20 years of experience in software development, project management, and consulting. Built an entire business unit with over 300 employees and successfully completed numerous projects for our clients in the areas of sales, after-sales, and production. Throughout this time, I have also very successfully established near-shore and offshore models.
I started out as a developer: at T-Systems as the architect for the redesign of Mercedes-Benz's warranty systems, later as a Managing Consultant at Capgemini in the after-sales cluster. That background shapes how I work — analyse and structure first, discuss solutions second. And I speak to the development team as readily as to the steering committee. On large international programmes, that has consistently proven the shorter route.
